20 L capacity industrial fixed drum powder blender with three dimensional mixing motion
The Alphie 20 fixed drum mixer features a non-removable drum design where the mixing container remains permanently attached to the machine. Powder or granular material is loaded directly into the drum and discharged from the bottom outlet after mixing.
The mixer operates using a three dimensional tumbling motion where the drum simultaneously rotates and inverts. This motion continuously changes the orientation of the material and produces homogeneous mixing similar to turbula type powder mixers.
The fixed drum design is particularly suitable for applications where the same material is mixed repeatedly and large production batches are required.
