The Alphie 20 production mixer is designed to reproduce laboratory mixing results at production scale. The mixer operates using the same three dimensional turbula mixing motion used in laboratory models.
The container performs simultaneous rotational and inversion movements, ensuring homogeneous mixing of powders with different particle sizes and densities.
The removable container design prevents powder from entering the machine directly. Powder is filled and sealed inside the container before placing it in the mixer, which minimizes contamination and exposure to atmosphere.
