Alphie 3D turbula type explosive powder mixers are industrial powder mixing systems designed for safe blending of explosive or combustible powders. The mixer operates using a three dimensional mixing motion that ensures homogeneous mixing of powders with different particle sizes and densities.
Mixing takes place inside a closed mixing container. The powder is filled into the container and sealed before placing it into the mixer. This design prevents powder exposure to open air and improves operational safety.
The mixer design separates the drive unit and the mixing unit using a partition wall. The motor and drive system remain behind the wall while the mixing unit operates in a separate mixing room.
The mixing drum is removable and designed from non-ferrous materials such as aluminium to reduce the risk of sparks during operation.
